Mount Hope Engineering, Inc. was established in 1992 by Todd Chaplin and James Hall. Mount Hope Engineering provides Civil & Environmental Services throughout eastern Massachusetts (from Cape Cod to the NH border), and all of Rhodes Island (with tremendous experience on Aquidneck Island and the East Bay area). Mount Hope Engineering also provides all your Land Surveying needs in both Massachusetts & Rhode Island.
